Dallas Miele Specialist

**When you book an appointment online, you will first receive a confirmation email, and then our Miele Specialist will call you next.** We cover a 200-mile radius from Dallas, TX. For quicker appointment scheduling, put two options with your request. Example: Monday 10-12 or Thursday Available All Day. Upon Special Request: We may consider working nights and weekends for urgent matters.

Morning: 9:00am - 11:30am

Early Afternoon: 12:00pm - 2:30pm

Late Afternoon: 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Available All Day Choosing All Day means your schedule is more flexible. Selecting this option may help you get you an appointment sooner, especially if there are any cancellations, or if a technician happens to be in your area and is running ahead of schedule.

Nights & Weekends: Available Upon Special Request

So, since we cover such a vast area, service requests must be confirmed by a technician or a supervisor. Booking an appointment online is not guaranteed until someone has verified your information. In many cases we might have to pre-order a part in advance. Repairs range from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours, sometimes more. Appointments booked for future dates are confirmed a second time the evening before. Appointment Requests that are not confirmed in a timely manner are subject to being rescheduled or canceled altogether due to the distance we service.

Note

Once your information is verified and your appointment is scheduled, we typically text you with a 30 - 45-minute notice before heading over unless we are already in your area, then it might only be 10-15 minutes notice. Notification times vary by the distance we have to travel for our next appointment.
