Appliance Assistance And Repair LLC and The Dallas Miele Specialist, services the entire DFW Metroplex up to 200 miles from Dallas, TX. So, since we cover such a vast area, service requests must be confirmed by a technician or a supervisor. Booking an appointment online is not guaranteed until someone has verified your information, most importantly, has received images of the data tag showing both Model/Serial, and the installation site from a few feet away showing the floor up to the top of the appliance. In some cases we might have to pre-order a part in advance. Repairs range from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours, sometimes more. Appointments booked for future dates are confirmed a second time the evening before. Appointment Requests that are not confirmed in a timely manner are subject to being rescheduled or canceled altogether due to the distance we service. You will receive appointment reminders the night prior if booked in advance and the technician will text you with an ETA on the day of your appointment. We maintain communication to keep you updated as well as making sure you are still available.

Once your information is verified and your appointment is scheduled, we typically text you with a 30 to 45 minute notice on the day of your appointment before heading over, unless we are already in your area, then it might only be 10 to 15 minutes notice. Notification times vary by the distance we have to travel for our next appointment.
